Outside of my practice, I’m passionate about health, fitness, and active generous stewardship. I am involved in my community through my church, Acts2 Edmond, and support many non-profit organizations including in Oklahoma CASA, Collective for Children, Invest in Girls, Music Outreach Foundation and the YWCA. After surviving breast cancer at the age of 32, Monica’s life took a powerful turn. What began as a personal health battle became a catalyst for her lifelong advocacy work. She transitioned from banking and finance into nonprofit leadership, dedicating herself to causes that uplift and empower others—especially women and underserved communities. Her work with Susan G. Komen Orange County opened doors to a wide network of mission-driven service, and she now supports organizations across the nonprofit sector as an accounting consultant with Fohrman & Fohrman.
