Arts For All - Terms and Conditions for Club Memberships

 

1. Membership Overview

Arts For All offers various monthly club memberships to help fund music lessons for students in need. Each club tier provides different levels of support:

 

$25 Club: Funds 1 lesson per month.

 

$50 Club: Sponsors 2 lessons per month.

 

$75 Club: Funds 3 lessons per month.

 

$98 Club: Fully sponsors a student's monthly lesson package.

 

2. Payment and Refunds

Monthly Contributions: All contributions are automatically billed on a monthly basis.

Cancellations: Membership can be canceled at any time. However, cancellations must be made prior to the billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.

Refunds: Contributions are non-refundable once processed, as funds are directed to secure the continuity of lessons for students.

 

3. Student Sponsorship

Lesson Allocation: By joining, you acknowledge that your contributions may be used for any student qualifying for the Arts For All program, as determined by Arts For All’s needs.

Acknowledgment of Purpose: Members agree that funds are to provide ongoing support for music lessons for underserved students, with no restrictions on specific students unless explicitly specified by Arts For All.

 

4. Modification and Termination

Arts For All reserves the right to modify or discontinue any club membership at its discretion. Members will be notified of any significant changes to terms or services.

 

5. Agreement Confirmation

By joining any of the club membership tiers, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and confirm your understanding that Arts For All will allocate funds to qualifying students based on program criteria. Membership in any of the clubs serves to further the mission of providing accessible music education for youth in need.
