My Story

Leilani Serrao-Baker is a passionate community advocate, real estate entrepreneur, and proud board member of Arts For All. As the Founder and Broker of Civitas Realty, a boutique firm based in Dana Point, Leilani has built her career on a mission of connection, service, and creativity — values that align perfectly with her work in the arts and nonprofit space.

While her professional roots are in real estate, Leilani’s heart has always been deeply connected to music and the arts. Her husband is a lifelong musician, and her daughter, Ivey, has followed in those same artistic footsteps. Through the highs and lows of life, music became a lifeline for their family — a source of healing, expression, and resilience. That personal experience ignited Leilani’s passion to ensure all children have access to the same opportunity to grow, express themselves, and find joy through the arts.

As a board member for Arts For All, Leilani brings visionary leadership, a community-first mindset, and a deep understanding of what it means to show up for others. She believes that investing in music and arts education is not only vital for child development — it’s essential for building stronger, more empathetic communities.
